REVEAL at the Validation festival 2018

REVEAL had a stand at the first validation festival carried out in Brussels with more than 300 participants. We presented our network, the LEVEL5 approach and the running projects. REBUS Training course in Essen, Germany

Between 13th and 15th November 2017 training for staff of higher education institutions of partner countries was held at the University of Duisburg-Essen. The topics of the Transnational Train the Trainer Course included entrepreneurship, the REBUS entrepreneurship learning programme, validation of entrepreneurship competence, introduction to REBUS software, visit to “Innovationsfabrik”, Co-Working spaces and meetings with startups, REBUS entrepreneurship learning program and implementation of REBUS (for staff and students) in partner countries. Badges Kick Off Meeting

On November 8. and 9. 2017 the BADGES consortium met for the first time in Kassel. BADGES sets out to develop a learning and validation approach for cultural and heritage sites that leads to the award of digital badges to visitors who participate in specific learning activities offered by the sites.

REBUS Competence Framework

In Autumn 2017 blinc developed the REBUS competence framework based on the LEVEL5 reference systems. The REBUS competence inventory is an open catalogue of competences that are relevant for entrepreneurship education. EELLSS final conference

The EELLSS partners organised their final event on October 5th and 6th, 2017, in Kassel. The two-day event brought together more than 85 people from all the seven partner countries – among them all partners and all those teachers and students that have been involved in the learning projects. LISTEN Survey on storytelling

The LISTEN survey focused on assessing the status storytelling has among adult educators. It asked for interests and experiences with storytelling applied in educational contexts and expored the learning needs of the target groups addressed. Another topic we asked for was in how far the idea to use radio as medium to give refugees a voice is perceived suitable and attractive to be applied with refugees.

Results of REBUS Stocktaking on Entrepreneurship Competences

In the first phase of the REBUS project a large scale stocktaking was carried out in the Balkan and Russian partner countries, guided by University of Duisburg-Essen and the blinc eG. The research design included the desk research requirements, the online questionnaire and the interview questions form. The online questionnaire was answered by over 800 respondents from the 6 non-EU partner countries and revealed interesting outcomes which were presented at the project meeting in Sarajevo. Information event about REST

      On 31.08.17 the Landkreis Kassel invited representatives of regional enterprises for an after-work event, where the REST idea was presented and discussed. The CEO of on regional enterprise gave an interesting insight on how he succeeded in overcoming initital challenges such as language problems, legal issues and fear.
