    • Developing a Competence framework by blending forerunner and partner project approaches
    • Describing Competence facettes and deriving so called Learning fields

  3. Developing a modular, competence oriented learning approach (O3)
    • Inserting available learning units and materials in the rich open learning environment, the e-platform

  4. Platform for KA1 course providers (O4)
    • Branch 1: Showroom for KA 1 courses
      • Description along contents, competences, methodology, dates, country and organisers
      • Quality approach derived from the criteria set up by the GINCO network
      • Incorporation of 50-100 courses.
    • Branch 2: e-Portfolio, LMS and Validation system
      • Rich open learning platform which facilitates blended learning and provides a seamless connection of e-learning (moodle), validation software (LEVEL5) and e-portfolio (Mahara) functionalities.
  5. Modular Qualification for course providers and experts in COL and Validation  (O5)
    • European qualification for course providers and educational professionals regarding Competence Oriented Learning and Validation (COL&V)
    • 5-days training course
    • Piloting the approaches in own KA1 courses
  6. Developing an Implementation Strategy for the Professionalization of Educational personnel in Adult Education (O6)
    • overarching quality approach and a valorisation and implementation plan
    • Quality concept for KA1 courses based on GINCO
    • Incorporating KA1 courses to the REVEAL platform and localising them in the competence framework (O2) and modular, EQF-based qualification system for AE professionals.
    • Setting up quality standards in regard to OER delivered by course providers

    • 2 Multiplier events (big conferences; first in October 2018, second in Autumn 2019)
