Within the REVEAL project existing approaches of frameworks for professional competences for adult educators shall be combined and a system that offers the opportunity to allocate KA1 courses on different competence levels shall be compiled.
This way a modular European CPD system emerges which promotes transparency, comparability and which directly converts the EQF in the professionalization of AE.
Each course provider can allocate its courses into this system and the provided the courses will be described in a competence oriented way.
REVEAL seeks to make the European course offers visible and comparable in the neutral EQF system on the one hand and at the same time it provides an attractive marketing system for these courses.
In order to achieve this, a blended learning and training course for competence oriented learning and validation will be set up with special focus on adult educators and their course providers.
Eventually the project aims to promote a European wide network, which provides a long-term sustainable cooperation of AE stakeholders.
