SMERALD project training day in Peniche: Exploring AI tools for European projects
Dear colleagues,
We’re excited to share the highlights of an insightful training day organised by blinc, which took place on 17 June 2024 in the picturesque coastal town of Peniche, Portugal. This event was an important step in our ongoing efforts to improve the digital skills of SMEs across Europe, with a particular focus on the application of AI tools in European projects.
Here are the highlights of the training day:
- Introduction to AI tools:
The participants got an introduction to a range of AI tools that are useful for project management, data analysis and strategic planning. These tools have been developed to streamline processes, improve data-driven decision-making and drive innovation in European projects.
- Practical applications:
The training addressed practical applications of AI in different project phases, from initial planning and proposal writing to implementation and evaluation. Participants learned how AI can help automate routine tasks, analyse large data sets and generate insights that can inform project strategies.
- Practical workshops:
The day included hands-on workshops where participants had the opportunity to experiment with AI tools in a controlled environment. These interactive sessions allowed participants to gain hands-on experience and understand the real-world applications of the technologies discussed.
