- Visualize handling challenges with grace and confidence to develop resilience.
Express Gratitude:
- Feel gratitude for the positive experiences and emotions you’ve imagined.
Open Your Eyes:
- Slowly open your eyes, take deep breaths, and reflect on the positive imagery.
