First Transnational Partner Meeting in Trikala, Greece

We are pleased to announce the next Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM) of the ARIES project, which will take place in May in Trikala, Greece. At this meeting, all project partners will come together to discuss our research results in depth and to develop new learning modules.

At the heart of our discussions will be the use of the competency framework that we have carefully developed. This framework serves as a basis for designing learning modules that effectively integrate Augmented and Immersive Reality (AR & IR) technologies into teaching practice. By using the competency framework, based on the LEVEL5 approach and as a hidden pattern within our learning theory, we aim to ensure that each module addresses the specific skills and knowledge areas that are essential for educators to excel in this rapidly evolving field.

The importance of this cannot be overstated. As our survey results have shown, there is a clear need among teachers for more training and support in AR & IR. By developing targeted learning modules, we aim to respond directly to this demand and equip educators with the tools and expertise they need to realise the full potential of AR and IR technologies in their classrooms.

At our meeting in Trikala, Greece, we look forward to collaborative discussions, innovative insights and significant progress towards our common goal of advancing education through AR and IR technologies. Together we will embark on a journey of exploration, discovery and empowerment to pave the way for a brighter future in education.

Stay tuned as TPM continues to drive the ARIES project forward. Thank you for being part of the ARIES community.
