Final Frontier: Shape the Future of Inclusive Mobility at the TRAIL Project’s Final Conference!

The TRAIL Project is powering into its thrilling final stage, offering a groundbreaking chance for learners from vulnerable communities to directly influence how we approach inclusive mobility learning across Europe. This pioneering initiative has spent its duration working toward a crucial goal: making the experience of learning and traveling abroad more inviting and attainable for everyone, especially those who currently face barriers to mobility.

Your Voice, Your Solutions: The Kaunas Workshop

We are excited to announce a transformative, five-day intensive workshop set to take place in Kaunas, Lithuania, from October 13th to 17th, 2025.

Participants will engage in international collaboration using the Design Thinking method—a structured, creative process employed by successful startups and organizations globally to innovate and solve complex problems.

Working together, learners will drive the change by:

  • Sharing their personal experiences with travel and learning.
  • Pinpointing the real-world barriers that restrict mobility.
  • Co-creating cutting-edge solutions for truly inclusive mobility offers.
  • Our core mission remains: To make mobility learning accessible and inclusive for all!

The Grand Finale: TRAIL Final Conference

The workshop week will culminate with the TRAIL Final Conference on October 17th. This celebratory event is where all participants will step into the spotlight to present their newly developed ideas and prototypes to an international audience. It’s an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work, celebrate shared achievements, and generate inspiration that will spark wider systemic change in learning mobility across the continent.
