Overcome Challenges:

  • Visualize handling challenges with grace and confidence to develop resilience.

Express Gratitude:

  • Feel gratitude for the positive experiences and emotions you’ve imagined.

Open Your Eyes:

  • Slowly open your eyes, take deep breaths, and reflect on the positive imagery.
