The objective of the Competences+ application is to collect the participants’ experience during their mobility project. They will be able to take pictures, write their story and keep the memory of their mobility project directly on their phone.
At the end of the international mobility, the experiences and testimonies recorded by the participants can be exported directly from their phones in PDF format. With the idea of a logbook, the portfolio of experiences and testimonies can be used to promote the mobility project to employers.
The Competences+ application also allows participants to analyse the competences they acquire during their mobility and to evaluate all the professional experiences that enable them to develop new skills as concrete examples to be presented during job interviews for example.
In the phone application, participants will have direct access to various information sheets useful in preparing their return from mobility project. According to the users’ objectives (study, job search, business creation…), the thematic sheets present the situation and the offers available in the four partner countries of the project.
A competences booklet is also available for download at the end of the mobility, containing the 8 key competences of Europe. Each participant can assess their competences and their development and compare them before and after mobility.
This will help beneficiaries to identify their own competences and resources and verbalize them to present their experiences.
The mobile application is available in French and English and will be used by participants from the different European partner’s countries. It can be downloaded for free from Apple Store (search for ‘competencesplus’) and Google Store (search for ‘ADICE’).
