DREAMM Workshop: Frisbee at the Schillerwiesen

One of our DREAMM Lead Mentors organised a field trip to the „Schillerwiesen“ in Göttingen for BUPNET language course participants as part of the DREAMM project’s „Familiarising with the Place“ module.  The main goal of the trip was to show participants a part of Göttingen that they were not familiar with and give them the chance to try out a new sport—Disc Golf.

My e-Start meets REVEAL14

Our project joined forces with 10 other EU projects and national initiatives for our final conference to form the REVEAL14 conference. The event was a great success. 110 participants listened to exciting keynotes, visited an interactive exhibition with artefacts from all participating projects and attended exciting workshops. The event was crowned by a highly acclaimed evening programme with a storytelling event. We are delighted that we were able to end the project with such a highlight.

DREAMM Workshop: Frisbee Club at the Weststadtfest

The Discgolf Club Göttingen attended the Weststadtfest after being invited by DREAMM Lead Mentors to show attendees their sport and give them information about how sports clubs work in Germany.  A wide variety of residents of the western city and visitors tried out the sport and spoke with club members and DREAMM volunteers about sports in Germany.

Our learning platform is up and running and is successfully helping to teach basic digital skills to disadvantaged groups so that they can better use e-commerce and e-government services. DREAMM Being A Citizen Workshop in Hannover: Sprengelmuseum

As part of a DREAMM workshop designed to bring Germans and non-Germans together for field trips to historically and culturally relevant places in and around Hannover, an international and multicultural group set out for the “Sprengelmuseum” on August 27th to view and discuss a photography exhibition called “zu Hause” (home), which features the photographic work of a variety of artists largely focused on the phenomenon of forced migration.
