Over the past weeks, the UNITE project team has focused on learning more about the people at the heart of our initiative – Ukrainian refugees taking part in Ukrainian Newcomers’ Integration Towards Employment. 🤝✨

Through a series of surveys and in-depth interviews, we collected valuable insights into participants’ needs, experiences, and aspirations. These findings form the foundation for shaping tailored support measures that foster both social inclusion and long-term access to the labour market. 📝

As part of this process, we also identified the participants who will join the pilot phase, marking the next important step in the project’s implementation. Guided by our personalised approach, the pilot will focus on:

  • Mentoring 🧑‍🏫
  • Competence development 📚
  • Social inclusion 🤝
  • Labour market matching 💼

With these insights, the UNITE partners are ready to put the project methodology into action—testing and refining innovative ways to support Ukrainian newcomers in building sustainable futures across Europe. 🌟
