REBUS Competence Framework

In Autumn 2017 blinc developed the REBUS competence framework based on the LEVEL5 reference systems. The REBUS competence inventory is an open catalogue of competences that are relevant for entrepreneurship education. We grounded the development of the CF on the works of the Entrecomp project. Results of REBUS Stocktaking on Entrepreneurship Competences

In the first phase of the REBUS project a large scale stocktaking was carried out in the Balkan and Russian partner countries, guided by University of Duisburg-Essen and the blinc eG. The research design included the desk research requirements, the online questionnaire and the interview questions form. The online questionnaire was answered by over 800 respondents from the 6 non-EU partner countries and revealed interesting outcomes which were presented at the project meeting in Sarajevo.
